Great strap and great service, totally worth it!
Good quality
We never received our order. It’s been over two months. We contacted customer service and while they were nice they never helped us track our order. They supposedly sent a replacement but we never received those either. Overall I’m disappointed in never receiving what I paid for. I would buy more or repurchase mother straps I original bought if I had a guarantee of delivery. At this point it’s not worth the effort. I’m sorely disappointed.
My third strap from Hyperion. Every single one is perfect!
I ordered the wrist strap in light pink just to see the quality first ...and it is incredible! Very well made, beautiful design and pretty comfy. I will definitely order a longer strap as well in the near future!
